I always appreciate Adobe releasing new versions of their Reader for Linux. Yes, there are other choices for handling PDF files, but if you prefer those, use those instead. Meanwhile, some of us appreciate and love Adobe Reader in Linux. Thank you, Adobe.

There are much more efficient and useful postscript and PDF utilities for Linux. Adobe Reader for Linux is bloated at nearly 40MB, and only exists to extend support for their proprietary extensions.

I use Windows and Linux equally. This is the first time that Acrobat Reader for Linux has been even close to the Windows version for comparison. Previously, it looked like something out of the computer dark ages. This release is a really good step forward.
